Barry’s Thirteen Clichés

1. Nothing is necessarily what it seems.
2. There is a real world, but we have no idea about it.
3. Other people are just mirrors in which you see your own qualities reflected.
4. The meaning of life is the creation & experience of meaning itself.
5. Meaninglessness is a meaningful experience.
6. There is no reality test.
7. Hell is a condition, heaven too.
8. A dream telescope, pointed at a dream planet, tells us more about the nature of the dreamer than the dream itself, which we may have forgotten competely by tomorrow tea time.
9. Respect the past by recognising its presence in this moment.
10. Respect the present by being mindful.
11. Respect the future by considering the effects of the way you live & the way you act, now.
12. Human nature is ambivalent.
13. A cliché is in the mind of the beholder!
